Augustus Bloom is entering its 5th year of doing business, now concentrating exclusively on weddings, events; both corporate and private and hosting floral workshops.
The owner of the company, Gus Cavanagh, has always had a close relationship with flowers; working as a florist his entire adult life he has found a passion for sourcing the most interesting and exciting blooms that come through New Covent Garden Flower Market. At Augustus Bloom we work tirelessly in our North London studio to create beautiful, natural and wild displays.

It has been an exciting few years for Gus and his team; being named in Time Out’s top ten florists, appearing on the BBC World Service TV channel and BBC Radio 4 discussing the floristry evening classes that he hosts. He has taken on projects such as dressing the window at Topman in Oxford Circus for their Valentines day display.
He has Exhibited at London's Art for Youth exhibition at the Mall Galleries and provided a floral installation for the Royal Collection at Windsor Castle last Christmas. He has filmed a series of online flower tutorials available to watch on the Augustus Bloom You Tube channel and has recently been involved on projects with Cadburys, Jamie Oliver and Facebook.
Augustus Bloom is the recommended florist for London wedding venues, such as; The Old Finsbury Town Hall, The West Reservoir Centre, Clissold House, Stour Space and Burgh House. We are also familiar with many of London's top wedding venues, including; Kew Gardens and St.Pancras Renaissance Hotel. We have a close working relationship with the food styling team at Jamie Oliver and the events team for Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants.
Augustus Bloom is a small team that takes great pride in pleasing their customers and working to all manner of weird and wonderful briefs.
